Happy New Year!! From my perspective it is a time of rebirth. A perfect time to LET GO of the negatives of the past and focus on the positives of what is to come. A time to set goals and intentions. A time to reflect on the direction your life. Decide what needs to change. Decide what is working for you. Make a plan to get you to the Life you want to live.

Personally, the last year has had many bumps in my road. I have worked very hard to see the positives of my challenges. I have discovered some but have faith that more will be revealed on my journey. I know that with every challenge  new strengths, skills and qualities are revealed in myself. I am stronger yet more humble today. I am more grateful yet more selfless. My perspectives have shifted . This is what I call LIFE.  Enjoy it. Take chances. Try something new. Set goals. DESIGN A LIFE YOU LOVE.
